Brian Palmer is a healthcare interoperability architect, product leader, and software engineer with more than 30 years of experience designing large-scale technology platforms across healthcare, biotechnology, cloud infrastructure, and mission-critical systems.

His healthcare work includes FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR applications, CMS/ONC interoperability compliance, cloud-native data platforms, bioinformatics pipelines, and patient access solutions.

Relevant Experience

Brian has contributed to healthcare and data initiatives involving health plans, provider organizations, digital health startups, bioinformatics teams, and public-sector healthcare programs.

Experience includes Sentara Health, Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, 1upHealth, CRISPR Therapeutics, Harvard School of Public Health, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
